Module Outline
In this training module you will complete topics including:
- Understanding the general requirements of the AODA regulation
- Understanding the information and communications standards
- Understanding customer service standards
- Understanding how the Human Rights code pertains to the AODA
Module Assignments
Complete the following assignments.
Assignment 1. Understanding General Requirements of the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulations (IASR).
View the Access Forward “General Requirements of the Regulation” presentation and complete the topic assignments along the left side of the page.
Assignment 2. Understanding the Information and Communications Standards
View the Access Forward “Information and Communications Standards” presentation and complete the topic assignments along the left side of the page.
Assignment 3. Understanding the Customer Service Standards

Assignment 4. Understanding the Human Rights Code as it Pertains to Accessibility
View the following Ontario Human Rights Commission E-Learning Videos:

C) Working Together: Part 3- Understanding the Duty to Accommodate
D) Working Together: Part 4- Applying Human Rights Principles
E) Working Together: Part 5- Compliance and Enforcement
Retraining Requirement
To maintain active membership with the RRP, and continue to receive rabies specimen collection requests, the “RRP Training Module 4: Health & Safety Accessibility Training” is required to be renewed every 3 years.
