Steeples Veterinary Clinic is a privately owned mixed animal practice that has proudly served the East Kootenay region since 1978. As an independent practice, we are able to focus on what matters most: our patients, our clients, and our team.

Our clinic encourages RVTs to work to the full scope of their training and participate actively in patient care, diagnostics, anesthesia, dentistry, surgery, and client education.

Our practice serves companion animals, horses, and livestock, creating a diverse and engaging caseload. For candidates whose interests are primarily in companion animal medicine, the role can be tailored accordingly.

The East Kootenay region offers a veterinary experience that is often difficult to find in larger urban centres. With no nearby referral hospital, our team is frequently involved in complex medical, surgical, emergency, and critical care cases. This provides RVTs with opportunities to develop skills, gain experience, and be involved in cases that might otherwise be referred elsewhere.
