Southdale Animal Hospital is an independently owned, modern small animal practice in London, Ontario, dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized veterinary care. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and wants to grow with our team.

We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time RVT positions, with flexible scheduling options available for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

• Assist veterinarians with appointments, surgery, anesthesia, and dentistry.
• Perform laboratory testing and diagnostic imaging.
• Monitor hospitalized and surgical patients.
• Educate clients on preventive care, medications, and post-operative care.
• Collect laboratory samples and maintain accurate medical records.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient hospital.
• Work closely with our team to provide exceptional care and customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• An RVT (registered with OAVT).
• New graduates who are eligible to write the VTNE are welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable working in a new environment and solving problems as they arise.
• Strong in communication and teamwork.
• Passionate about high-quality patient care and client service.
• Comfortable with almost all cases, surgery, and dentals.

Compensation

• $24–$30 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
