The job requirements will be, but are not limited to:

– Providing excellent veterinary nursing care in a professional and ethical manner

– Maintain accurate veterinary medical records

– Assist Veterinarian with surgical and therapeutic procedures using gold-standard patient care techniques and protocols.

– Administer and monitor anesthesia and analgesia with a high degree of knowledge

– Maintain and support a collaborative work environment and assist other staff members as required.

– Communicate in a compassionate and professional manner with clients and  team members using efficient oral and written communication skills.  Our patients thrive on effective client education

– Perform and Analyze lab samples using in-house diagnostic tests.  We are equipped with Idexx-Vetlab Stations and will be the first clinic in Ontario to be equipped with the Idexx Invue Cytology station
