Supporting a diabetic feline patient goes beyond clinical knowledge. In this practical session, Jolene explores the interpersonal skills RVTs
can use to help clients feel heard, supported, and confident in managing their cat’s care. Drawing from neuroscience, body language,
personality, stress management, and emotional regulation, participants will learn how emotions and stress impact communication and
client decisions. Participants will leave with practical strategies to build trust, strengthen charismatic communication, communicate value,
and navigate challenging conversations with confidence.
