OAVT Board of Directors Nomination Form

You must be a member of the OAVT in good standing to nominate an RVT or retired RVT (RVTr) for a Director seat. There are three (3) seats up available for the 2027 election. The 2027 OAVT Board of Directors Election will take place February 1, 2027 through February 14, 2027. Please submit your Director Nomination Form by December 31, 2026 at 5pm.
