Ripley-Huron Veterinary Clinic is a privately owned, multi-doctoral, mixed animal practice committed to providing compassionate, high-quality veterinary care to our patients and clients.
We are currently seeking a dependable, motivated, and team oriented Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team.
We welcome both experienced RVTs and recent graduates who are actively working toward their designation.
Our clinic is equipped with modern diagnostic and treatment tools, including IDEXX in house laboratory equipment, VetScan Imagyst, digital radiography and dental radiography.
Duties include (but aren’t limited to)
- Assisting veterinarians during examinations, surgical procedures, dentistry, and other medical treatments
(Please note: each technician is assigned a dedicated surgery day each week.) - Assisting with occasional farm calls, as required
- Welcoming clients, checking in patients, scheduling appointments, invoicing, maintaining medical records, and preparing prescription refills
- Maintaining clinic cleanliness, organization, and sterilization protocols
- Participating in intermittent small animal emergency on-call shifts
