OAVT Board of Directors Nomination Form

You must be a member of the OAVT in good standing to nominate an RVT or retired RVT (RVTr) for a Director seat. There are three (3) seats up available for the 2026 election. The 2026 OAVT Board of Directors Election will take place February 1, 2026 through February 14, 2026. Please submit your Director Nomination Form by December 31, 2025 at 5pm.
