Veterinary Professionals Act Regulation Feedback

Veterinary Professionals Act Regulation Feedback

Ontario’s government has passed the Veterinary Professionals Act, which formally recognizes RVTs’ growing role in team-based veterinary care. This legislation is a significant, positive development in regulating and modernizing veterinary care for the benefit of animal owners, RVTs and the public. Now, following the passage of the legislation, regulations and by-laws must be developed to define and explain the specifics of how this new legislation will govern the veterinary profession.
We want to know what you have to say about the regulations and by-laws as they are developed because they will guide the future of our profession. Please share your feedback below.
