The OAVT's CE Policy stipulates that all non-interactive learning must be concluded with a quiz in order to be submitted for credit. Unfortunately, not all presenters are able or willing to provide a quiz after recorded webinars or modules. This form can be used by OAVT members in place of a quiz, for distance non-interactive learning or self-study, where the presenter does not provide a means to verify retention. Examples include: virtual conference sessions that have been recorded and made available to delegates after the conference has concluded or veterinary-industry CE articles of at least 2000 words. Members will add the information required to identify the session/module, and then describe in 1-2 sentences in each of the subsequent fields what they learned from the session/module.
