This award recognizes a clinic that embodies the ideal veterinary team model by using RVTs to their fullest capabilities and building an integrated and supportive team throughout the clinic. In order for the organization to be considered, RVTs must be a core component of the team and all staff members must be in good standing with their respective organizations.
