🐾What You’ll Do
• Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones & emails, schedule appointments, and manage daily workflow
• Keep medical records organized and confidential
• Coordinate with veterinarians, RVTs, and the rest of our team
• Play a key role in creating a calm, efficient front desk environment

🐾We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Is reliable, friendly, and calm under pressure
• Communicates clearly and kindly
• Enjoys being part of a collaborative team
• Has experience in customer service (veterinary clinic experience is a bonus)
• Is detail-oriented (we’ll support your learning—no need to be “superhuman” organized!)

Full-time is preferred, but part-time may be considered for the right fit.
