Westway Animal Clinic is a privately owned, AAHA-accredited small animal practice in Etobicoke – just 6 minutes from Highway 401 & Weston Road.
We are a well-established 3-DVM hospital with a loyal and growing clientele. As an independent practice, we support our team as individuals – not headcount. We value collaboration, mutual respect, and shared accountability because cohesive teams deliver better medicine.
Our Approach
We partner with clients to build lifelong preventative care plans tailored to each pet. In addition to practicing according to AAHA guidelines, we offer progressive and integrative therapies including:
- Laser Therapy
- Acupuncture
- Herbal Chinese Medicine
Clients are presented with options in a judgment-free environment. We advocate for every pet – because here, pets are family.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated RVT who values high-quality medicine and thrives in a collaborative setting. Position is available for immediate start.
You will deliver exceptional patient care under DVM supervision, supported by engaged leadership that prioritizes mentorship, clear communication, and a well-organized workflow. Our goal is simple: create an environment where RVTs practice at full scope, feel respected, and continue growing in areas that interest them.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Surgical and dental support
- Advanced anesthesia monitoring and recovery
- Radiography and laboratory sample collection
- Medication preparation and administration
- Client education and discharge review
- Accurate medical record documentation
- Contributing to an efficient, team-based daily workflow
You remain calm during medical crises, attentive to patient changes, and proactive in communicating with the DVM team.
