Key Responsibilities:

Client Education: Actively engage with clients, assist in explaining diagnoses, treatments and preventative care in an easy to understand compassionate manner.

Teaching & Training; Empower clients with the knowledge and confidence to care for their pets, offering hands-on guidance and ongoing support.

Technical Skills; Perform a wide range of technical duties, including anesthesia monitoring, dental cleanings, laboratory testing, and diagnostic imaging.

Patient Care; Providing loving and attentive care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well – being.

Team Collaboration; Work closely with veterinarians, assistants and client care team to deliver seamless care and an exceptional client experience.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with our recommendations

Qualifications: Graduated from a recognized college for veterinary technicians, confident, patient and empathetic approach to client interactions. Strong technical and clinical skills with a passion for learning and teaching. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure clients feel supported and informed.
