About Us
Valley Veterinary Clinic is an independently owned 3 doctor practice located in Carleton Place, just west of Ottawa. We are a small animal general practice focused on providing exceptional patient care to our canine and feline patients. Our hospital is equipped with fully digital radiography, ultrasound, and a full in house laboratory. We are focused on delivering the highest standard of care, and are always focused on bringing the newest and best of veterinary medicine to our clients and patients. We believe that pets are important members of the family and deserve kind, compassionate, high quality care from their veterinary team.
About You
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated Registered Veterinary Technician looking to utilise their full set of skills. Our hospital has a strong focus on team medicine and encourages our RVTs to work both independently and alongside our DVMs to provide the highest level of care to our patients. Our RVTs have a variety of duties across the hospital including:
- Anaesthetic monitoring
- Phlebotomy and laboratory procedures
- Dental prophylaxis and digital dental radiographs
- RVT focused appointments for anal glands, boosters, bloodwork, etc.
- Client education and counselling
