📢 We’re Hiring! Part-Time Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) & Receptionist – Sundridge, Ontario
Location: Sundridge Veterinary Services
Hours: 22 hours per week
Are you passionate about animal care and customer service? Sundridge Veterinary Services is looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) and a friendly Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.
Position 1: Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support during exams, surgeries, and treatments
• Assist with lab work, radiology, and patient monitoring
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure a clean working environment
• Educate pet owners on care, nutrition, and medication
Qualifications:
• Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) status required
• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passionate about animal care and well-being
Position 2: Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and their pets with warmth, patience and professionalism
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and answer client inquiries
• Process payments and maintain client records
• Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting, experience with AviMark is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly demeanour and a love for animals
