We are a four-vet, independent, woman-owned, rural, small animal clinic, with a team of 16 coworkers.
Located in the quaint town of Paisley, our clinic building is large, roomy, and full of sunlight. We have ample parking and are close to lovely shops and restaurants.
Our client approach is friendly and empathetic, offering treatment options and solutions to fit within clients’ budget. Our clients appreciate that we are supportive, not pushy.

In quieter moments, we share stories and laugh together. Veterinary medicine is full of inherent pressures; we aim to face those together, supporting one another in work enjoyment and growth.
The Practical Stuff
Our typical workweek is four, ten-hour shifts (M-F), and light on-call duties (1-2 weekends and 3-4 weeknights per year). Incoming emergency calls are triaged by SmartVet.
Shifts include rotations in surgery, appointments (including tech-led appointments), laboratory, pharmacy, and reception.
We offer health benefits, matched RRSP, CE allowance, three weeks paid vacation annually, paid sick days, clinic discounts, and wages commensurate with experience (from $22/hr).
Mentoring and continuing education is tailored to your needs, in medicine, surgery, and business.
