Website Orillia and District Veterinary Services

Do you want to work in a practice where you will make a difference? At Orillia and District Veterinary Services, great things happen here every day. How could they not, when our days begin with jokes and games and we get to enjoy lunches under the apple trees?  Don’t be fooled by our idyllic setting and fun-loving nature though, we are also very committed to the care we provide for patients and pet parents.

We are seeking a Full-time RVT for 32-40 hours per week depending on the needs of the candidate. We value our personal and family time, so there are no requirements for on-call or weekends. Our fully equipped hospital hosts experienced DVMs, RVTs and full support staff. With such a big team, you will always have support to help you through those busy days. We would be excited to mentor a new grad and are serious about continuing education and lifetime learning.

We provide a generous compensation package with CE allowance, OAVT dues, health and dental benefits and a generous staff discount for you and your family members.  Check out our website for a virtual tour of our clinic just located outside of Orillia off Horseshoe Valley Road and get to know us better at:  Go ahead and follow this link to see what one of our RVTs has to say about working here:  We’re pretty confident that you’ll like what you see, so if you want to work alongside our amazing team, practice great medicine, provide quality service, and contribute in a meaningful way, let us know what makes you amazing by sending us a message or resume at
