Currently, we are seeking a dependable, conscientious, innovative, and leadership-oriented individual, preferably a Registered Veterinary Technician, to assume the role of a collaborative Practice Manager. This role will involve working closely with our Practice Owner, Management and VetCircle, a management support company, to offer leadership, support, and mentorship to our dedicated team.

What you’ll do:

  • Mentor, develop, and lead our team members to excel in their roles.
  • Balance the needs of the team with the financial goals of the business.
  • Maintain the level of patient care and customer service that our community has grown to appreciate for 40 years!
  • Identify areas of opportunity to increase efficiency and implement improvements.
  • Ensure team members complete their daily tasks and are fulfilling their responsibilities.
  • Recruit, interview, and train new team members with an emphasis on accountability, integrity, teamwork, and appreciation.
  • Continue to foster a sense of family within our team.
  • Continue to utilize your technical skills when needed!


As our ideal candidate, you have:

  • Experience working as an RVT, large animal experience preferred
  • Experience working in veterinary management (lead roles are acceptable)
  • Experience in an HR capacity
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Compassion and great conflict resolution
