Our team at Highbury North Pet Hospital in London, Ontario is ready to welcome a compassionate, caring, friendly and professional receptionist to provide the great client service we take pride in and our clients expect from us.

Our ideal candidate should be able to multitask while prioritizing effectively. Your duties would include warmly welcoming clients and checking in their pets, helping to educate clients, processing charges, scheduling appointments and reminders, taking photos of pets and processing food and medication orders. You will also answer phones, address client enquiries as well as organize and maintain our filing and records. A full job description will be provided upon request and to all applicants being offered an interview.

You are comfortable working with computers and animals and have some experience working in a veterinary clinic setting. Previously using AVIMARK is an asset, but not mandatory.
