Erindale Animal Hospital is a growing, privately owned, small animal clinic in Mississauga. We are looking for a RVT to join our team. You will be working in a supportive environment with experienced DVMs. If you want to collaborate your knowledge and skills, while working in a friendly team. What we are looking for:
· Highly motivated individual
· Strong technical skills including venipuncture, catheter placement, anaesthesia induction and monitoring, dental x-rays and cleaning, surgical prep and non dental x-rays
· Strong communication skills for occasional reception duties
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to remain calm and logical in stressful situations
· Exceptional interpersonal skills
· Clear and concise communication skills
· Inherent desire to exceed expectations
· Contribute to a respectful, positive clinic culture
Requirements:
· Registered and in good standing with the OAVT
· RVT experience in a veterinary hospital is an asset
· Familiar with the veterinary software AVImark
· Reception experience is preferred
· Strong technical skills, team-first attitude, and excellent communication

Schedule:
· 35 ~ 40 hours per week
· 8 – 10 hours day shift Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
