The College of Veterinarians of Ontario is the regulatory body for veterinarians in the province of Ontario. The College is seeking a motivated professional to fill a two-year contract in the role of Associate, Investigations. This full-time role will support the Investigations program area and will manage case files in the complaints process, support the Complaints Committee and provide compassionate customer service to all involved in the process. The Associate, Investigations will share occasional reception coverage with other colleagues.

The College is based in Guelph and the selected candidate will need to be onsite on days where reception coverage is required. The College offers remote work agreements where staff may be permitted to work from home up to three days per week and from the office the remainder of the time.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of administrative experience, have experience with MS Office, possess strong communication skills, be a fast learner and a hard worker. We are seeking someone with a good attitude and professional approach to work. This role may be of interest to a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or a Law Clerk or Paralegal.
