BayVETS Urgent Care Collingwood is an innovative veterinary practice with the goal of bridging the gap between family practice and busy ER clinics. We are privately owned by a group of local veterinarians with a mission to provide timely and accessible veterinary care when most veterinary clinics are closed. We believe in Fear Free medicine and offer in house blood work, ultrasound, x-ray and endoscopic services.
Who are we looking for? Experienced Registered Veterinary Technicians and veterinary assistants who thrive in helping sick and injured patients using a team approach in a positive, mission-oriented environment. Our RVTs are empowered to work fully within the scope of their license, providing hands on care under DVM supervision. Our veterinary assistants work closely with our RVTs and DVMs, as the important glue ensuring our patients are well cared for and ensuring a positive client experience. All team players are valued and respected for the important work they do. Several positions are available as we build our roster of veterinary heroes.
What shifts are available? Monday-Friday 6 pm-10pm and Weekends and Holidays 8am-8pm. No overnights.
Do you offer occasional shifts? Yes. We have flexible scheduling. From one shift/month to several, we work with what works for you.
