Ophthalmology Referral practice in Morriston

Are you looking for a change and interested in working in a referral practice?

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, team orientated person to join us as a receptionist/veterinary assistant in our small animal ophthalmology referral practice.

The hours for the position are Mon – Fri, 8 – 5 pm. There are no split shifts, evening or weekend work. All weekends are yours to enjoy.

The ideal candidate will already have experience as a veterinary receptionist/assistant, have a cheerful and outgoing personality, a sense of humour, excellent customer service and communication skills (for both clients and referring veterinarians), and the ability to work well in a small team setting. We are a busy, established referral practice with a very strong emphasis on providing an excellent customer experience.

You will be able to work independently, have lots of initiative, be organized, resourceful and able to prioritize. You will have good decision-making, critical thinking skills and pay attention to detail.
