Presented by Dr. Jason Stull, Dr. Michelle Evason and Dr. Marianne Pashley
Parainfluenza. Dog flu. Bordetella. Mycoplasma. Over recent years, these canine infectious respiratory disease complex (CIRDC) pathogens have caused prominent illness in Canadian dogs, as well as created great challenges for veterinary practices, dog boarding, and daycare facilities. New respiratory pathogens continue to emerge (pneumovirus) that can impact dog health and push veterinarians to stay current with new diagnostics, therapies, and prevention.
During this case-based webcast, Drs. Jason Stull and Michelle Evason will provide you with all the tools you need to tackle CIRDC
in your patients.
You will receive practical steps to assist in:
• Identifying these patients before they come in your door (and infect other dogs!) • Making the diagnosis and identifying the causative pathogen(s) to best inform treatment • Developing a dog/owner-specific prevention plan • Knowing the steps every facility should take (now) to protect themselves from dog respiratory infections and outbreaks.
