Springwood Animal Hospital is a privately owned, client-focused veterinary hospital looking for a full-time Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our team.

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality patient care in a busy small-animal practice
- Assist veterinarians with appointments, procedures, surgeries, and dentistry
- Monitor anesthesia and patients during surgical and medical procedures
- Perform laboratory testing, radiography, catheter placement, venipuncture, and other RVT duties within your scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments and provide thorough patient monitoring
- Educate clients on preventive care, medications, nutrition, and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with the veterinary team
- Contribute to a clean, organized, safe, and positive hospital environment
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in good standing with the Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians (OAVT)
- Experience in a small-animal veterinary hospital is an asset
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Compassionate, professional, and client-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Position: Full-Time Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
Location: Springwood Animal Hospital, Ontario
Employment Type: Full-Time to start as soon as possible
Wage: $22-30 per hour dependent on experience
