Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) – Full-Time Maternity Leave Contract

We’re looking for a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our collaborative four-hospital team for a full-time maternity leave contract.

You’ll have the opportunity to use your RVT skills, provide hands-on patient care, and work alongside a supportive team committed to providing excellent veterinary care.

Responsibilities

Assist with surgeries and anesthesia monitoring
Provide hands-on nursing and patient care
Perform laboratory testing and diagnostic imaging
Conduct technician appointments and provide client education
Maintain accurate medical records
Collaborate with our four-hospital team, with occasional travel to support another location as needed
Compensation & Benefits

$24.00/hour and up, with compensation based on experience and skills
Health Insurance (based on scheduled hours and eligibility)
CE allowance
