🐾 Clinical Excellence Captain – Lead RVT & Veterinary Team Manager 🐾
We are seeking an experienced and driven Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to step into a dynamic leadership role as our Lead Veterinary Technician and Team Manager, blending advanced clinical expertise with operational oversight to elevate patient care and team performance. This opportunity is ideal for a confident RVT with 3–5+ years of experience who is passionate about mentorship, workflow efficiency, staff development, and maintaining the highest standards of medical excellence while partnering closely with veterinarians and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations. The right candidate will supervise and inspire the technician and technician assistant team, support training initiatives, assist with scheduling and workflow coordination, and foster a culture rooted in accountability, compassion, and professionalism.
