We are seeking a full-time Registered Veterinary Technician for a 1 year maternity leave (can be extended to permanent) who is kind-hearted, friendly, and energetic.
The Island Animal Hospital is a 4-veterinarian privately owned clinic with an animal loving and collaborative team that is extremely dedicated and hard working. We strive to provide efficient and courteous service, and individualize our care as we know every pet and his/her owner has different medical, emotional, and financial needs.
The hospital has a digital x-ray (and digital dental x-ray), ultrasound, in house blood testing, and anesthetic monitoring equipment.
We provide paid CE, health and dental benefits, OAVT dues, employee discounts, uniform allowance, fully stocked snack drawer, and 4 shifts a week as life-balance matters.
We can help with accommodations for 6 months.
