BayVETS Urgent Care is looking for passionate and experienced RVTs to join our team. This is your chance to be part of an innovative new clinic model that fills the gap between general practice and overburdened emergency/ICU hospitals. We are owned by a group of local veterinarians with deep roots within our community. Our mission is to provide much-needed after-hours care, reduce wait times for non-critical cases, and make a real difference in the lives of pets and their families in our community.
Our clinic will focus on triaging, treating, and discharging patients, as well as stabilizing and referring more critical cases to appropriate overnight ER or specialty facilities. No overnight shifts. No vaccine or preventative care appointments—just urgent, meaningful care for those who need it most.
What Makes BayVETS Unique?
• Work-Life Balance: No overnights. Phase One includes 12-hour shifts on Saturdays, Sundays, and Stat Holidays (8 a.m.–8 p.m.). Phase Two will introduce evening shifts (weeknights, 6 p.m.–10 p.m.).
• Flexible Scheduling: Choose a work model that fits your lifestyle—permanent, part-time, full-time, locum, or occasional shifts.
• Leadership Opportunities: A Lead RVT position is available for the right candidate who wants to help shape and manage our team.
