Responsibilities:

– Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train the client service team to ensure exceptional customer service.
– Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns.
– Front Desk Management: Oversee daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
– Billing and Payments: Manage invoicing, process payments, and handle financial transactions with accuracy.
– Coordination with Veterinary Staff: Facilitate communication between clients and veterinary staff, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
– Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
– Problem Solving: Address and resolve client complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
– Marketing and Client Outreach: Assist in marketing initiatives and client outreach programs to promote clinic services.
– Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, client education materials as well as all diets and over the counter products.
– Compliance: Ensure all client service activities comply with clinic policies, procedures, and veterinary regulations.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a veterinary CSR
– Exceptional communication and organizational skills
– RVT certification is a plus
– Passion for providing excellent client and patient care
