The Sheraton and Best Western are sold out! Are there any accomodations nearby?
When you register, you will receive an email with discount codes for neighbouring hotels that are offering a preferred rate for 2026 OAVT Conference attendees. Be sure to book your room before the cutoff date.

Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Markham for $220.00 per night – cutoff date – February 8
Residence Inn by Marriott Toronto Markham, $205.00 per night – cutoff date – February 8
Holiday Inn Express, $209.95 per night – cutoff date – February 9
What does it cost to buy a Conference Pass?
A full Conference Pass for members is $330 before January 9, 2026, and $365 after the early bird deadline.
The RECOVER Veterinary CPR Certification is $600.
Mastering CRIs: From General Practice to Critical Care is $175.
Student Members pay $175 for a full Conference Pass.

Are group tickets available?
Group discount is available to organization’s sending three or more staff to the OAVT 2026 Conference. Each staff member will receive a 10% discount on their conference pass. To receive the group discount, email the names of your group members, and the clinic name, to events@oavt.org. The group discount does NOT apply to:
- Sponsor / Exhibitor Staff passes
- Student passes
- Retired Member passes
- Guest passes
- Add-on’s

Refund and cancellation policy
- A cancellation fee of $100 applies to all cancellations made prior to 11:59PM on January 25, 2026
- Cancellation requests made after 11:59PM on January 25, 2026 will not be refunded
- Cancellation requests can be processed through the online portal or can be made in writing to events@oavt.org
Become a volunteer:
We’re looking for volunteers for the 2026 OAVT Conference.
You’ll get a discount on your conference pass based on the number of hours you volunteer.
Roles include:

- Session Moderator
- Ambassador
- Booth Volunteer
