Overview
Medvant is a rapidly growing Canadian animal health company with a focus on pet wellness. Our products are available in veterinary practices across the country and we have many new products readying to launch. We are looking for a top-talent RVT with exceptional people skills, organizational skills, and a highly effective communicator. Our preferred candidate is self-motivated and eager to support the team, the business and our customers however needed.
The role is based primarily out of our corporate office in Woodstock Ontario, with occasional field-support and national travel. You must live within reasonable proximity of the Woodstock area, or be willing to relocate. Our compensation package includes an attractive salary, bonus plan, benefits and reimbursement for membership dues. We are willing to support your relocation to Woodstock or surrounding area if needed.
Duties
– Support inbound customer service calls from veterinary practices
– Make outbound calls to support product education and promotion
– Attend key conferences, events and customer meetings within Canada
– Contribute ideas and insights to help drive marketing strategies
– Provide administrative and operational support to the team as needed
Qualifications
– RVT in good standing
– Fluency in French is an asset
– Minimum 5+ years experience in a busy veterinary practice
