RVT full job description

We are looking to add RVT  to our growing family. We are a fun bunch. We treat each other like family. This position is a part time. It is Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. One Saturday a month involved is needed Saturdays are 9am to 2pm Must have AVIMARK experience. Be able to take blood, comfortable to monitor in surgery, and be able to talk to clients.

Responsibilities

Have completed a Veterinary Technician program.
knowledge of physical examinations, patient assessment, catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, radiology, venipuncture, and pharmacy.
Surgical preparation, assisting and patient recovery.
Ability to keep detailed and accurate patient records.
Compassionate care for our hospitalized patients and their pet parents
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to problem-solve or the ability to ask clarifying questions to help you find solutions.
Exceptional interpersonal skills in working with your colleagues and pet parents.
Passion to learn more within the role.
