Come Join an amazing, compassionate, and experienced team. The Lincoln County Humane Society Animal Clinic is a multi Doctor practice and we are looking for a full time RVT who has a positive attitude, strong technical skills, and a willingness to learn. Not only do we run a full-service animal clinic but we run a high volume spay and neuter clinic. Your skills will be used in client appointments, dentals, anesthesia, surgery and all aspects of the clinic.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from an OAVT accredited college
  • Be a member of good standing of the OAVT
  • Experience in a shelter setting or veterinary clinic
  • Strong animal care and biosecurity knowledge
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to share information and provide feedback using adult learning principles
  • Self starter and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be a team player with proven leadership skills and experience
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to change using strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must not have allergies limiting or affecting exposure to animals
  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 40 lbs
