Customer Care Representative needed for fast-paced, progressive veterinary hospital. We provide a high level of client service and are looking for a team member who loves people as well as animals. Veterinary hospital experience strongly preferred. Full-time position available, this is not a seasonal position, we are looking for a long term commitment. Necessary tasks and skills include:
- Communicating clearly and effectively face-to-face, by phone and electronically
- Overseeing the client experience and being an advocate for pet parents
- Knowledge of computers, basic office software, and veterinary software
- Ability to multitask and to work efficiently despite interruptions
- Strong work ethic, good attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
