We are a twelve-doctor veterinary practice with an outstanding reputation in Barrie and beyond—some of our clients travel from as far as Sudbury! Our team is deeply involved in fundraising and charitable work with The Global Alliance for Animals and People in Canada, Central America, and the Caribbean. We support our local community through food collection for the Barrie Food Bank and partnerships with numerous rescue organizations.

As a certified Cat Friendly Practice, our staff is trained in Fear-Free handling. We are AAHA and CVO accredited, striving to provide the highest-quality care to our patients and clients.

We are looking for an amazing Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) who thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new learning opportunities—and plenty of fluffy cuddles!

What You Bring:

  • A 2-3-year Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Technology College Diploma
  • Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license
  • Commitment to continuing education (CE) courses to maintain RVT licensing
  • Solid communication skills when interacting with both clients and co-workers
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician working with small animals
  • Knowledge of Fear-Free restraint techniques
